Beijing BORK utilizes with advanced continuous forming technology, high quality raw materials, and is equipped with 15 automatic production lines&2 sets of heat treatment furnaces&7sets of braiding machines, full kinds of testing and inspecting facilities.

Beijing BORK production sizes are ranged from diameters of DN6 mm to DN50 mm. The maximum length of flexible hose can reach up to 100 meters.  Beijing BORK has a complete quality management system and obtained a variety of certifications. The productions have been supplied domestically and worldwide.

In 1995, Beijing BORK Metal Hose Co., Ltd. (BORK) was a joint venture established by Osaka Spiral Tube Industry Co., Ltd. (ORK), Iwatani Industry Co., Ltd. (IWATANI), and Beijing Xingda Bellows Co., Ltd. (XingDa), with a registered capital of 730 million yen.

The joint venture provides our company with advanced production technology, raw materials, and equipment. In addition, our company strictly controls product quality, making our products at an international advanced level.

In 2017, Osaka Spiral Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xingda Corrugated Pipe Co., Ltd. jointly acquired all shares held by Iwata Industries. Both shareholders work closely together to ensure the quality of our company's products and sales routes.

In 2022, Beijing Xingda Bellows Co., Ltd. acquired all shares of Osaka Spiral Tube Industry Co., Ltd. and became the sole shareholder of Beijing Baokai Metal Hose Co., Ltd. Our company officially became a domestic enterprise from a Sino foreign joint venture, with Osaka Spiral Tube Industry Co., Ltd. serving as our technical advisor and continuing to cooperate as an important sales agent in the Japanese and European markets.

The company is located in Banbidian Industrial Zone, Weishanzhuang, Daxing District, Beijing.
