Selection instructions

1. This product is suitable for flexible connections of various pumps, wide inlet and outlet, and pipelines.

2. The material of the tube body of this product is SUS304, and the material of the flange and pull rod is carbon steel. It can also be customized according to customer needs.

3. Working temperature -196-450C. If the temperature exceeds this range, please specify it when ordering.

4. This product has excellent vibration and noise absorption performance, can absorb pipeline thermal displacement, and has low force on the equipment.

5. The product diameter is DN25-DN500

6. The product design pressure is generally 0.6MPa-2.5MPa

Product Description

The material of the metal hose body is SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, and the mesh sleeve material is SUS304 or made according to user needs.

2. The flange material is generally carbon steel. If stainless steel is required, B can be marked after the product length; The connection size of flat welding fixed flange is according to the standard JB81-59, and the loose flange is according to the standard JB83-39. It can also be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.

When using carbon steel for the 3 flanges, the temperature of the metal hose is -20-450C, and when using stainless steel, the working temperature is -196-600C. The product length can be made according to user requirements.
